Ingredients
- 200 gr natural green olives (pitted)
- 200 gr natural black olives (pitted)
- 100 gr grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 small tins of tuna (plain or in oil)
- 200 gr natural green olives (pitted)
- 3 eggs . 1sachet baking powder
- 50 gr capers (optional)
- 200 gr sour cream
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- tabasco
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees for ten minutes. Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, sour cream, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. If necessary, use a mixer to obtain a smooth dough.
Crumble the tuna and add it to the dough, along with the Gruyere, the Tabasco and the green and black olives.
Mix well.
Prepare a cake tin and put the mixture into it. Put the mixture into the oven and bake for 30 minutes (checking from time to time). Leave to cool, turn out of the tin and enjoy warm or cold...
